Shipping Rates & Structure

We offer simple, transparent tier-based shipping for all orders:

  • Orders $10.00 USD and Over: FREE Standard Shipping

  • Orders Under $10.00 USD: Flat Rate Shipping fee of $5.99 USD

Processing and Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a notification email containing your tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Estimated Shipping Time: Standard international delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days, depending on your destination, local customs, and courier operations.

Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, we will issue a tracking code directly to your email ([email protected] notifications). You can use this tracking code to monitor your parcel’s journey online at any time.

Address Accuracy & Modifications

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please notify contact person shane mawson at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered processing or dispatch, we are unable to change the destination address.
